- To communicate with you: We send transactional emails (account activity, access notifications, service updates). We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent.
- To comply with legal obligations: We may process data to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
4. Google API Services
pmmAgent's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect Google services (such as signing in with Google or accessing Google Docs), we only access the specific files and data necessary to provide the requested features. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the service. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Specifically: Google OAuth is used solely for authentication. If you grant access to Google Drive or Docs, we access only the documents you explicitly select. We do not scan, index, or access any files you have not directly shared with the platform.
5. Data Storage and Security
- User account data and generation history are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States.
- Authentication tokens and identity data are managed by Firebase Authentication, operated by Google LLC.
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards as provided by our hosting infrastructure.
- Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only, governed by least-privilege principles.
