Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pmmAgent (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

pmmAgent is an AI-powered product marketing platform. It accepts raw product marketing briefs and other context as input, and produces structured AI Briefings designed to improve the quality of output from downstream AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot).

The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid plans. The features and usage limits of each plan are described on our pricing page. We may also give access to the Service, or to a particular plan, by invitation; an invitation applies only to the person it was sent to and may be time-limited.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use pmmAgent only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce the platform's AI Briefing methodology, system prompts, or proprietary frameworks
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the platform in a way that is not consistent with normal human use
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service to violate the acceptable use policies of any AI model or third-party service you subsequently use with our outputs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section, with or without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to pmmAgent, including your product marketing briefs, documents, and brand materials. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your input or the AI Briefings generated from it.

Our platform and methodology

pmmAgent, its AI Briefing methodology, system prompt architecture, Stage B elevation framework, and all associated software, designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of SupraPrompt AI Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in the platform to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

AI Briefing outputs

The AI Briefings generated by the Service are yours to use in your downstream AI tools and workflows. You are responsible for any content produced by third-party AI models using your briefings.

5. Plans, Fees and Changes to the Service

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose. The price, billing period and any taxes are shown before you pay.
• You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not refunded for that period unless the law requires it.
• Usage allowances (such as Prompt Elevations and Pro Elevations) reset each billing month and do not carry over unless your plan says otherwise.
• We continue to develop the Service, so features may be added, changed or removed. We will give you reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what your paid plan includes, or changes its price.
• We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and no uptime or service-level commitment applies unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupraPrompt AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to business reputation — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

8. Termination

You may close your account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting us at hello@pmmagent.ai. Upon account closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required to do so by law. Where practical, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are using the Service from a jurisdiction where local mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws are not affected by this clause.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
