Battle Card

WEBYOUR AIPRO+

A Pro tool: available on Pro and Team. Free accounts get one Battle Card run a month.

When to use it

Use Battle Card when a rep is up against a named competitor and needs something to scan during a call: when to use the card, a one-line reframe, why you win, where they are strong, objection handling, discovery questions, proof, a close and when to walk away.

Pro tool. Free gets one run a month on Battle Card, to try it. Pro and Team include it within their Pro runs. On Solo it appears in the PRO ONLY group.

What to give it

  • Your company and product, and the competitor.
  • The seller context: buyer role and stage.
  • The trigger objection or scenario.
  • Your differentiators, in your own words.
  • Competitor strengths or concerns, with who said them ("prospects tell us").
  • Any uncomfortable fact about your side a competitor could use.
  • Every condition under which you lose.
  • Dated events and proof you can stand behind.

Your wording and its attribution are kept. The briefing adds no competitor facts from memory; anything missing is listed as a fact to get. It reads your Brand Box and project facts.

Run it on the web

  1. Open the Quick tab and choose Battle Card under Competitive Intel.
  2. Enter your brief and run it. It uses a Pro run (on Free, your one for the month).
  3. Copy the briefing into your AI, or download it.

Run it in your AI

Run Battle Card for Tuskor against a legacy dispatch vendor. Buyer is an operations director, late stage. Prospects tell us the incumbent is safer. We lose when a customer needs a native payroll integration.

Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate and writes the card from the briefing. The reply ends with your Pro runs left.

Good output looks like

For Tuskor, the card has nine numbered sections plus editor notes: - When to use this card, and a one-line reframe of 15 words or fewer. - Why we win: up to three supported themes, each with its business impact. - Where they're strong: with a line to say if the prospect raises it. - Objection handling: a table, including your most uncomfortable fact. - Landmines: up to three open discovery questions. - Proof points, next-step close and disqualifier, with every lose condition you gave. - Open items: editor notes marked not for field use, listing claims to verify.

The finished card runs to 800 words at most and fits what the field needs.
