To close your account and delete your data, email us. We remove your account and what's in it.

How to ask

Email hello@pmmagent.ai or privacy@pmmagent.ai from the address on your account. Say you want the account closed and deleted. Deletion can't be undone.

Before you do

Export what you need. Copy or download briefings and brand material you want to keep. You can also ask for an export of your data at privacy@pmmagent.ai.
Subscriptions. A paid subscription is cancelled as part of deletion, immediately. No refund is issued for the unused part of the period. Our payment processor keeps its own payment records.
If you own a team. An account that owns a team with other active members can't be deleted until the team is wound down. Contact us and we'll sort out the next step.

What's removed

Your personal workspaces, with their projects, outputs, briefings and logo.
Your Brand Box and History.
Your API keys and the sign-in grants for any connected AI.
Your profile and sign-in record.
Waitlist entries and invitations tied to your email.

If you're a member of a team, your private briefings are deleted. Shared team work you created (briefings, projects, workspaces) stays with the team under an anonymous label, with your name and email removed.

How long it takes

Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of closing. Access logs are kept for 90 days. Our payment processor keeps its own billing records.

If you only want to stop

You can instead disconnect your AI, cancel at period end from the billing page, or just stop signing in. A Free account costs nothing.
