What happens to your data
pmmAgent.ai stores what you need to use it, sends your briefs to an AI model to build briefings, and lets you delete everything.
The Privacy Policy is the authoritative text. This is a plain-language summary.
What we store
- Account. Your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in provider, plus the company and job title you give us.
- Your content. Briefs you submit, documents you upload, your Brand Box, projects, pinned outputs, and the briefings pmmAgent.ai generates, shown in History.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, and error logs.
We don't collect card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
How we use it
To produce briefings, to keep your account and history, and to send account email. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to improve the service. We don't use your personally identifiable content to train AI models without your explicit consent, and we don't send marketing email without your consent.
What goes to the AI model
When you run a tool, your brief and the context pmmAgent.ai adds to it (your Brand Box and project) are sent to an AI model provider to produce the briefing. We don't add personally identifying information beyond what you put in your own content. Leave out anything you don't want processed.
When you use the connector, the finished asset is written by your own AI under that tool's own terms. pmmAgent.ai sees the brief your AI sends and returns the briefing.
How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is active. If you close your account, it's permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Uploaded documents and brand files: until you delete them or close your account.
- History: while your account is active. Items you delete go to trash and can be restored. Trash is emptied permanently within 30 days.
- Access logs: 90 days, for security and debugging.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to restrict how it's used. Email privacy@pmmagent.ai. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
