Web app or your own AI: which to use when
Available on Solo, Pro and Team.
Use the web app to set things up and plan. Use your own AI to get finished assets in one step.
Connecting your AI is available on Solo, Pro and Team. Free is web only.
Use the web app when you
- set up or edit your Brand Box, workspaces and projects
- import brand documents and review what was found
- browse History, restore deleted items, or manage billing and your team
- want to read a briefing before it goes to an AI
- plan a launch on Canvas
- are on Free
Use your own AI when you
- already work in Claude, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and don't want to switch windows
- want the briefing and the finished asset in one conversation
- want your AI to read your Brand Box and pinned outputs while it writes
- run several tools in a row on the same launch
- need finished assets that include your logo and colours
Your AI asks pmmAgent.ai for the briefing and writes the finished asset from it. You can ask it to use a specific workspace and project, or set a default workspace. See Run a tool from a chat, start to finish.
They share the same account
Both surfaces use the same Brand Box, projects, pinned outputs and plan. Runs from either count toward the same totals. Work done in one is available in the other, so you can set up on the web and run from your AI, or the reverse.
A common pattern
- Set up your company Brand Box on the web.
- Create a project for the launch.
- Connect your AI.
- Run tools from chat, naming the project.
- Pin the best outputs to the project from your AI, so the next run builds on them.
