Run a tool from a chat, start to finish
Available on Solo, Pro and Team.
Ask for the asset in plain language. Your AI runs the tool, gets the briefing and writes the finished piece in the same chat.
Available on Solo, Pro and Team. Connect first: Connect Claude (web and desktop).
A worked example
Write the request the way you would brief a colleague. Name the tool, the facts and the format you want:
Use pmmAgent to run a Battle Card for Tuskor against unforcedsale. Our reps meet them in late-stage evaluations with VP Sales buyers and lose on forecast accuracy. Our edge is forecasts built from rep activity, not self-reported stage. Work in the Tuskor launch project. Then write it as a one-page doc.
What happens next:
- Your AI calls pmmAgent.ai with the tool and your brief. You may be asked to approve the connector call the first time.
- pmmAgent.ai adds your Brand Box and the project's PRD and pinned outputs, and returns the briefing.
- Your AI writes the finished asset from the briefing, in the format you asked for.
Read the footer
Every run's reply ends with a few lines. Read them before you use the asset:
- The workspace it ran in, and the project if you named one. If this is not the workspace you meant, see The connector ran in the wrong workspace.
- Whether your Brand Box applied, and the Brand used line showing where Voice, Messaging and Visual came from.
- On a team workspace, whether the run is visible to the team or private to you.
- How many runs you have left, and how many Pro runs. See Check how many runs you have left.
Open items
The briefing lists what it assumed and what it could not confirm from your input. Resolve those before you share the asset. Anything you add in a follow-up message ("the figure is 9%, source: Q2 survey") goes straight into the next draft.
If your AI stops at the briefing
Depending on your account, your AI may write the asset straight away or show you the briefing first. If it stops, reply:
Now write the finished asset from this briefing.
Tips
- Say the format in the same message: a doc, a table, a post, an email.
- Name the project when the work belongs to one. The PRD and pinned outputs make the briefing specific.
- Ask for a Pro tool on Solo and the reply says the tool is part of Pro.
- Longer briefs work. The connector accepts up to 20,000 characters.
