Upgrade, downgrade or switch to annual
You manage your plan on the billing page.
Upgrade from Free
- Open the billing page from your account.
- Choose Choose a plan. You land on the pricing page.
- Pick Solo, Pro or Team and select its button.
- Choose monthly or annual. Annual shows how much you save.
- On Team, set the number of seats. The minimum is 3.
- Select Continue to payment and pay in the form on the page. Payment is processed by Stripe, and you stay in pmmAgent.ai throughout.
The page shows your total before tax. When payment clears, the new plan is active.
Change between paid plans
On the billing page, the Change plan card lists the other plans, for example Switch to Pro.
- Upgrade. You're charged now for the rest of the current billing period. The plan starts once that payment goes through. If the payment fails, nothing changes and the page offers a link to complete it.
- Downgrade. It starts right away, and the difference is credited on your next invoice.
Switching plans keeps your current billing interval.
Change seats on Team
On the billing page, set the number in the Seats card and select Update seats. Added seats are charged now, prorated. Removed seats are credited on your next invoice. Pending invites hold a seat.
Cancel
Select Cancel at period end. You keep the plan until the period ends, then move to Free. Select Keep my subscription before then to undo it.
Monthly to annual
The billing page has no control for changing the billing interval of an existing subscription. Email support@pmmagent.ai and say which plan and interval you want.
