Launch Readiness

WEBYOUR AIPRO+

Available on Pro and Team.

When to use it

Use Launch Readiness to get sales, customer success, support, marketing and product ready before a launch goes public. It produces the internal plan, with what each team needs to know, do and avoid promising. It is internal-facing; it is not an announcement.

Pro tool. Available on Pro and Team. On Free and Solo it appears in the PRO ONLY group.

What to give it

  • What is launching and the launch date or window.
  • Who needs to be ready, and the launch tier if you use tiers.
  • What changes for the customer, including anything that may break or need migration.
  • Known limitations and blockers.
  • Owners and key dates, if you have them.

It reads your Brand Box and project facts. Dates and contacts are used only as you state them; missing ones show as TBD and are collected in one list of missing inputs.

Run it on the web

  1. Open the Quick tab and choose Launch Readiness from the Pro tools.
  2. Enter your brief and run it. It uses one of your Pro runs.
  3. Copy the briefing into your AI, or download it.

Run it in your AI

Run Launch Readiness for Tuskor's offline mobile mode. Launches 12 November. Sales, CS and Support need to be ready. Known limitation: photo attachments sync only on Wi-Fi.

Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate and builds the readiness plan from the briefing. The reply ends with your Pro runs left.

Good output looks like

For the Tuskor offline mode launch: - Launch summary: five sentences at most, covering what, when and why it matters. - What changes for the customer: what is new, what differs from before, and what may trigger questions. - Functional readiness scorecard: a table of Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing and Product or Engineering, each with what they need to know, what to do and what not to promise. - Team detail: first-call talking point for Sales, expected ticket types for Support, outreach timing for CS. - Known limitations: the Wi-Fi photo sync limit, with what to say when asked. - Timeline and contacts.

The finished asset is a ready-to-circulate internal brief, tables first, prose second.
