Launch Announcement
When to use it
Use Launch Announcement when you know what is launching and need the framing for the announcement itself: headlines, the before-and-after narrative, value by audience, proof and channel variants. It suits new products, features and company moments. If you still need the underlying messaging architecture, run Launch Messaging first.
Available on Free, Solo, Pro and Team. Free includes it within the 10 runs a month.
What to give it
- What is launching, who it is for and why now.
- Launch state: GA, beta, preview or limited.
- Proof or traction you can stand behind: a figure, a customer, a price.
- The channel, if the announcement is for one (blog, email, LinkedIn). If you leave it out, the briefing keeps the variants channel-neutral and asks you to name the channel.
It reads your Brand Box Voice and Messaging parts and your project's facts. Figures you don't give it are marked as proof to add, never made up.
Run it on the web
- Open the Quick tab and choose Launch Announcement under Go to Market.
- Enter your brief and run it.
- Copy the briefing into Claude or ChatGPT, use the open-in options, or download it.
Run it in your AI
Run Launch Announcement for unforcedsale's new Quorra pipeline hygiene audit. Limited availability to existing clients, announced by email and LinkedIn. We have one client result: 38 stale pipeline records cleaned in the first audit.
Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate, receives the briefing and drafts the announcement. The reply states the workspace used and your runs left.
Good output looks like
For unforcedsale's audit, the briefing lays out: - Three headline options, each led by the buyer outcome rather than company news. - Launch narrative: two or three sentences on the before and after. - Audience value: what the end user, their manager and the economic buyer each get. - Proof points: your client result, quoted with its scope, and marked gaps for any proof you didn't supply. - Channel variants: two email subject lines, a LinkedIn opener, an in-product note and a sales opener. - A single call to action.
The finished asset is a ready-to-post announcement set at roughly 700 to 950 words, in your voice, without release-note phrasing.
