Demo Script

WEBYOUR AIPRO+

Available on Pro and Team.

When to use it

Use Demo Script when you need a presenter guide for a specific audience and time slot: what to set up, how to open, what to show and say at each step, the moment that lands, and how to close. It is a guide a presenter can follow, not a feature checklist or a transcript.

Pro tool. Available on Pro and Team. On Free and Solo it appears in the PRO ONLY group.

What to give it

  • What is being demoed.
  • The audience: roles and seniority.
  • Stage of the opportunity and technical depth.
  • Demo length. If you leave it out, the script assumes 30 minutes and says so.
  • What the prospect has already seen.
  • Results you can cite. Only results you state are used in the outcome and proof steps; other gaps are marked.

If you don't name a prospect, the script uses generic wording such as "the prospect" rather than inventing a company. It reads your Brand Box and project facts.

Run it on the web

  1. Open the Quick tab and choose Demo Script from the Pro tools.
  2. Enter your brief and run it. It uses one of your Pro runs.
  3. Copy the briefing into your AI, or download it.

Run it in your AI

Run Demo Script for Tuskor Scheduler. 30 minutes, for an operations director and two dispatchers, mid-funnel. They have seen the intro deck but not the product. Wow moment: drag a sick technician's jobs onto others and watch conflicts clear.

Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate and builds the script from the briefing. The reply names the workspace and your Pro runs left.

Good output looks like

For this Tuskor demo, the briefing sets exactly six sections: - Pre-demo setup: sample data, one backup plan and one personal detail. - Opening hook: the first 60 seconds, problem first. - Demo flow: a six-row table of time, what you show, what you say and the bridge to the next step, running Hook, Pain, Workflow, Outcome, Proof, Close. - Wow moment: what it is, when it lands, what to say next. - Prospect use case: how to pivot to their scenario, and what to do if it can't be shown live. - Close and next step: one question that advances the opportunity, and what not to show.

The finished asset is a script of roughly 900 to 1,250 words, including one deliberate imperfect moment that shows resilience.
