Sales Narrative

WEBYOUR AIPRO+

Available on Pro and Team.

When to use it

Use Sales Narrative when a rep needs a story for one opportunity: the buyer's situation, the cost of staying the same, a better path and the language a champion can use internally. It is opportunity-specific. For a generic pitch, use Positioning Framework instead.

Pro tool. Available on Pro and Team. On Free and Solo it appears in the PRO ONLY group.

What to give it

The three facts that matter most: 1. The stage or motion: discovery, technical validation, business case, champion building, re-engage. 2. The buying committee: at least the champion and who controls budget. 3. The core business pain, in the buyer's words.

Add the status quo or competitor, the outcome you want from the narrative, and any proof or prices you hold. If the stage is missing, the briefing assumes mid-funnel and says so. Missing champion, budget owner or pain are listed at the top as inputs you still need; no stakes or figures are inferred from the buyer's industry.

It reads your Brand Box and project facts.

Run it on the web

  1. Open the Quick tab and choose Sales Narrative from the Pro tools.
  2. Enter your brief and run it. It uses one of your Pro runs.
  3. Copy the briefing into your AI, or download it.

Run it in your AI

Run Sales Narrative for a 120-technician plumbing contractor. Stage: business case. Champion is the dispatch manager; the COO signs. Pain: overtime from last-minute reschedules. Status quo is a shared spreadsheet.

Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate and writes the narrative and talk track. The reply ends with your Pro runs left.

Good output looks like

For this Tuskor opportunity, the briefing covers: - Missing inputs at the top, if any (for example, the overtime cost is not stated). - Buyer situation framing and the cost of staying the same. - The shift in perspective the story must create. - Narrative arc: current world, hidden problem, consequence, better path, why Tuskor. - Core claims, proof needed, champion language and the objection to neutralize.

The finished asset is a one-page narrative in prose plus a talk track (open, reframe, proof, cost, objection, close) that uses every fact you supplied.
