RFP Prep

WEBYOUR AIPRO+

Available on Pro and Team.

When to use it

Use RFP Prep when you are answering a formal evaluation and want a response that sounds like a company with a point of view. It sets out the strategy: buyer intelligence, win themes tied to the evaluation criteria, guidance for the main response sections and a closing argument. It does not answer your questionnaire line by line.

Pro tool. Available on Pro and Team. On Free and Solo it appears in the PRO ONLY group.

What to give it

  • The buyer type and, if known, the three criteria they will score on.
  • The incumbent or competitors involved.
  • Your single strongest differentiator in this context.
  • Risks the buyer may have about choosing you.
  • Facts the response must be able to cite: implementation timelines, SLAs, uptime, scale figures, certifications and references. Only figures you supply are used; the rest are marked as proof to add.

It reads your Brand Box and project facts. An RFP is treated as a formal evaluation unless you say otherwise.

Run it on the web

  1. Open the Quick tab and choose RFP Prep from the Pro tools.
  2. Enter your brief and run it. It uses one of your Pro runs.
  3. Copy the briefing into your AI, or download it.

Run it in your AI

Run RFP Prep for a regional utility's field-service scheduling RFP. Criteria: reliability, implementation time, audit trail. Incumbent is an in-house system. Tuskor's differentiator: full schedule history for every change.

Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate and drafts the response strategy from the briefing. The reply names the workspace and your Pro runs left.

Good output looks like

For the Tuskor response, the briefing opens with a buyer intelligence block (buyer type, stage, top three criteria, incumbent, strongest differentiator, assumed hidden risks), then: - Executive summary: 150 to 200 words, led by risk reduction. - Win themes: three bullets, each tied to one of the criteria. - Section guidance: security and risk, implementation and time to value, scalability, and support and change management, each naming the hidden risk it addresses. - Differentiation closing: one paragraph, no enterprise buzzwords.

The finished asset is a differentiated response draft under 1,400 words, with gaps flagged where your evidence is missing.
