Objection Handling

WEBYOUR AI

When to use it

Use Objection Handling when reps keep hitting the same objections and you want a guide they can use mid-call: which objections are real, what each one signals, a reframe, a 20-second response, proof and a question to ask next. It also tells reps when an objection is a polite no.

Available on Free, Solo, Pro and Team. Free includes it within the 10 runs a month.

What to give it

  • The objection or cluster, in the prospect's own words if you have them.
  • Who raises it: role and seniority.
  • The stage and buying context.
  • What the prospect compares you with, and any competitor strength you acknowledge.
  • Proof available: results, customer names, figures. Only what you supply is cited; other gaps are marked as proof to add.

The briefing assumes mid-funnel evaluation unless you say otherwise, and treats the objections it picks as inferred when you didn't list them. It reads your Brand Box and project facts.

Run it on the web

  1. Open the Quick tab and choose Objection Handling under Sales Enablement.
  2. Enter your brief and run it.
  3. Copy the briefing into Claude or ChatGPT, or download it.

Run it in your AI

Run Objection Handling for unforcedsale. The objection cluster is "why use a reseller instead of buying Quorra direct". Raised by VPs of Marketing at 100-person SaaS companies, mid-funnel.

Your AI calls pmmagent_elevate and writes the guide from the briefing. The reply ends with your runs left.

Good output looks like

For unforcedsale, the briefing sets three sections: - Objection landscape: three to five objections, each marked real or proxy, with the concern underneath. - Objection matrix: one table with the objection in prospect words, what they actually mean, a one-sentence reframe, a 20-second response, a proof point, a bridge question and a stage cue. At least one response acknowledges a competitor strength you stated before it pivots. - Red flags: two signs of a polite no, and a closing question about timing.

The finished asset is a rep-ready guide of roughly 850 to 1,150 words, with responses short enough to say aloud.
