Email Sequence
When to use it
Use it when you need a four-email sequence where each email has its own job: outbound to a segment, a nurture after a webinar, or reactivating stalled opportunities.
What to give it
- The audience and what they have or have not done.
- The goal of the sequence and the call to action you want.
- The objection or friction the messaging should address.
- Proof you can use, with its source and sample size.
If the goal or audience state is missing, the briefing defaults to cold outbound aimed at booking a conversation and says so. Names, links, dates and figures you do not supply are marked for you to fill in. It will not invent customers, quotes or competitor facts.
It reads your Voice and Messaging and guidelines from the Brand Box.
Run it on the web
Open the Quick tab, choose Email Sequence from the tool picker, and paste your brief. Run it, then copy the briefing, use Open in Claude, or download it, and let your AI write the emails. Check the "Brand used" line to see which Brand Box parts shaped the result.
Run it in your AI
"Use pmmagent_elevate for an email sequence to ops managers who attended our Tuskor scheduling webinar but have not booked a demo."
The reply is the briefing, with the workspace named and a runs-left line. Connector access needs Solo or above.
Good output looks like
For each of four emails: objective, role in the sequence, core message, a distinct call to action, and two subject lines.
- Email 1: relevance and recognition of the attendee's situation.
- Email 2: a value-first insight. It is not a competitor pitch.
- Email 3: proof or consequence, using only proof you supplied.
- Email 4: closure or reactivation, with no invented deadline.
Around them: the narrative arc, what not to do, tone guidance, spacing and exit rules, and a rule that later emails send on behavior, such as no reply, not on the calendar alone. The briefing stops after the last email, with assumptions listed.
