Private runs
Available on Team.
On a team workspace you can keep a run to yourself. Ask your AI for a private run and only you can see the briefing in the team history.

Ask for it
Say it in the request:
Run a Sales Narrative for the unforcedsale client workspace. Make it private.
Your AI passes the private setting along with the run.
Check the footer
A private run only happens when your team's admin has allowed private briefings. If they have not, the run still goes ahead but is visible to the team. Always read the reply's footer. It says either private to you or visible to the team.
If you need it to be private, do not rely on the request alone. When the footer says visible to the team, tell your admin you want private briefings turned on. See Private briefings and the admin switch.
What private means
- The briefing is visible only to you in the team history.
- Team admins can see that a private briefing was made, but not what it says.
- If it is a Pro tool, it uses the team's Pro run pool.
Personal workspaces
In your personal workspace every run is already yours alone. There is nothing to switch on.
On the web
The same option is the Private switch next to the generate button. It appears when your admin allows private briefings.
