You've hit your run limit

WEBYOUR AI

You've used all the runs your plan allows this month. They come back when the month resets, or you can add capacity now.

What you see

On the web, the run doesn't start and you get a message that your monthly allowance has been reached. In your AI, the reply says the same, and doesn't return a briefing.

Which counter you hit depends on the tool:

  • Runs are for the 16 regular tools. Only Free has a limit: 10 a month.
  • Pro runs are for the 10 Pro tools. Free has 1 a month, for Battle Card only. Pro has 100. Team's monthly total is seats x 100, shared by the team.

What to do

Wait for the reset. Monthly counts reset at the start of each month, UTC. The usage chip on Canvas and the billing page show where you stand.

On Free and out of runs. Move to Solo for unlimited runs on the regular tools. See Upgrade, downgrade or switch to annual.

On Pro or Team and out of Pro runs. Buy a pack of 50 for $25. Credits are used first, never expire, and are available straight away after payment. See Buy extra Pro runs.

On Team, the pool is shared. If one member uses most of it, the message says your team's Pro runs are used up for the month and gives the reset date. Ask an admin to buy credits or add seats.

It says I'm out, but I think I'm not

  • Check the month. The count is by calendar month in UTC, which can differ from your local date near month end.
  • On a team, the pool counts every member's runs in team workspaces.
  • A tool you can't run at all isn't a limit. It's a plan lock. See A tool is greyed out.

Check your counts

On the web, see the usage chip on Canvas. In your AI, ask it to check your usage, and see Check how many runs you have left.
