A tool is greyed out
A greyed-out tool is a Pro tool, and your plan doesn't include it.
What you see
Pro tools sit in a PRO ONLY group at the bottom of the tool list. You can't select them. Hover over one, focus it with the keyboard, or tap it, and you see: "Sorry, this is a PRO only tool. Upgrade to have access."
Other tools show a PRO or 1 FREE tag in the list.
Why it happens
There are 26 tools. Ten are Pro tools: Battle Card, Win/Loss Guide, Case Study Brief, Customer Story Blog, RFP Prep, Demo Script, Launch Readiness, Buyer Persona, Sales Narrative and Pricing Narrative.
- Free. All ten are locked except Battle Card, which you can run once a month. Once you've used that run, Battle Card moves into the PRO ONLY group until the month resets.
- Solo. All ten are locked.
- Pro and Team. Nothing is locked. If you're on Pro or Team and still see a lock, see below.
If you're on Pro or Team and a tool is locked
- Open the billing page and check Current plan. If it still shows Free or Solo, a recent payment may be processing. Wait a minute and refresh. An upgrade starts once its payment goes through.
- If your payment failed, the billing page says so. Update your card with Update card or invoices.
- If you're a team member, check that you're in the team's workspace. The workspace selector at the top of the page lists your personal workspace and each team's.
- Sign out and back in.
