Analyze, Quick, Strategic and Canvas: what each tab is for

WEB

The web app has four tabs across the top. Pick the one that matches the job in front of you.

The four tabs

Tab Use it when What you get
Analyze You already wrote something and want it checked. A score out of 100 and a critique: what is strong, weak, missing or unsupported.
Quick You know which tool you need and have a short brief. A briefing for that tool, in one pass. Works inside the project you select.
Strategic The work needs real context: audience, stage, objections, differentiation. The same tools with a fuller form, a refine step and version history.
Canvas You are running a launch and want every asset in one place. A map of one project's tools. Each result is saved to the project and feeds the next.

How they relate

Quick, Strategic and Canvas all run the same tools and all return a briefing: a structured brief built from your input, your Brand Box and, where the tab supports it, your project. Your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT or another) turns the briefing into the finished asset. Analyze works the other way round: you bring the finished text and it scores it.

Quick and Canvas use your project. Strategic does not pick a project; it uses your workspace's Brand Box plus whatever you type into its context fields.

Which tab to start with

  • First time, one asset: Quick.
  • Positioning, category or pricing narrative: Strategic.
  • A launch with a PRD and several assets: Canvas.
  • Checking a draft before it goes out: Analyze.

Pro tools

Pro tools are listed in a Pro only group in Quick and Strategic, greyed out on Free and Solo. Canvas and Analyze show a PRO tag on them instead. Free can run Battle Card once a month. See A tool is greyed out if a tool will not open.
