Run a tool in Quick

WEB

Quick is the fastest route from a short brief to a briefing you can hand to your AI.

Run a tool

  1. Open the Quick tab.
  2. Pick a tool from the list on the left. Tools are grouped by category: Go to Market, Positioning & Strategy, Sales Enablement, Competitive Intel, Customer Intel, Content & Comms and Social Media.
  3. Write your brief in The brief box. The grey example text shows the kind of detail that works for that tool.
  4. Click Generate elevated brief →.

The briefing streams into Your elevated brief below. Each run uses one run from your plan. A run that fails before producing anything is given back.

Choose the brand and project it uses

Below the brief and result, the panel headed Workspace has two tabs. Brand shows the Brand Box that will be used. Projects lists your projects: click one to make it Active, and the run also reads that project's PRD and any pinned outputs. If you belong to a team, a workspace picker and a Private switch appear when your admin allows private briefings.

Directly under the briefing, the Brand used line tells you which Brand Box parts reached the run.

Edit, regenerate, take it away

The briefing is editable text. Change what you want, then click Regenerate with edits to run it again from your edited version; the result is saved as a new version. Regenerating counts as another run.

To use the briefing, click Claude, ChatGPT, Copy or Download. Take a briefing into Claude, ChatGPT or any AI covers what each does.

Earlier runs sit in Session history at the bottom of the page. Click one to reload its brief and briefing.

When a tool will not run

If a tool is in the Pro only group, your plan does not include it. See A tool is greyed out. If you have used all your runs, see You've hit your run limit.
