Share outputs with sales and leadership
pmmAgent.ai does not publish a share link. You share the finished asset, and keep the approved version pinned where your team can find it.
Share the finished asset
The asset sales and leadership want is the one your AI wrote from the briefing. Share that the way you share any document: from Claude or ChatGPT, or after saving it to your docs tool, a Slack channel or an email.
If someone needs the briefing itself, for example a sales lead who will run it through their own AI, send them the downloaded file. In Quick, Download saves the briefing as a Markdown file and Copy puts it on your clipboard. In Canvas, use Copy briefing. In Strategic, select and copy the text in Your elevated brief.
Keep the approved version in one place
In Canvas, every result is saved to its project, and running a node again replaces the saved version. That makes the project the place where the current briefing for each tool lives. Upload your own approved document to a Messaging & Personas node with Upload doc and it becomes the saved version, grounding the tools that follow.

On a team
In a team workspace, everyone on the team can open the shared projects and their saved outputs. Team history lists the briefings the team has made, newest first, and shows when one was made privately. A briefing marked private is visible only to its author, and admins see that it exists but not what it says.
Decide who sees what before you run: if a draft is not ready for the team, turn on the Private switch before you generate.
Practical routine
- Run the tool and have your AI write the asset.
- Review the open items the briefing flagged and fix them.
- Share the finished asset with sales or leadership from your AI or docs tool.
- Pin the approved version to the project so later runs build on it.
