Pin your best outputs to a project

WEBYOUR AI

Pin a result to a project and later runs in that project build on it. Pin your approved positioning once and your battle cards, narratives and emails stay consistent with it.

What gets pinned

Each project keeps one pinned output per tool. Running a card on Canvas pins its briefing, and pinning again replaces the old one.

Two pinned outputs are used as a source of truth in other runs inside the project: Positioning Framework and Launch Messaging. When you run another tool in the project, they are added to your brief ahead of the request, so the claims line up. Other pinned outputs are stored and can be read back, but they are not added to runs.

On the web

Pinning happens on Canvas.

  1. Select the project.
  2. In the top group, Messaging & Personas, click pmmAgent on Positioning Framework or Launch Messaging. When it finishes, the briefing is pinned and the card shows a tick.
  3. Already have approved text? Click Upload doc on the card instead, and choose a file. Your file is pinned as plain text, so use a .txt or .md file.
  4. To change it, click rePrompt to generate again, or Upload to replace it with a file.

Click a ticked card to read what is pinned. Copy briefing, Open in Claude and Open in ChatGPT appear on it.

In your AI

Ask your AI to pin the finished asset: "Pin that positioning to the Autumn launch project." It saves your AI's final text to the project. The limit is 60,000 characters. On a team workspace, an admin decides whether anyone can pin from outside the app, only admins, or any member. See Pin an output from your AI. The connector needs Solo or above.

Good habits

  • Pin only text a human has approved.
  • When positioning changes, replace the pin, then re-run what depends on it.
  • Pin the first two before you run the rest of the project's tools.
