The activity log
Available on Team.
One log shows what happened in your team, whether it was done on the web or from someone's AI.
Available on Team. Owners and admins only. Members see the Pro run pool but not the log.
Find it
Open Team, then the Usage tab. Below the pool, the Activity card lists entries newest first. Choose Load more to go further back.
What it records
- Team created and renamed.
- People invited, invites revoked, people joining, roles changed, people removed or leaving.
- Team workspaces created.
- Team settings changed, including which switches.
- Briefings made, with the tool used and whether it ran on the web or over the connector.
Each entry shows who did it, using their email, and when.
Private briefings
A private briefing appears as "made a private briefing" with no brief and no output. A note above the list counts the private briefings in the entries loaded so far. Their content is visible only to their authors.
Use it
- Check who changed a setting after a surprise.
- See whether a team's Pro run use comes from the web or from AI sessions.
- Confirm that an invite went out and was accepted.
