Pooled Pro runs

The whole team draws Pro runs from one shared pool, so a busy week for one person does not cost anyone a personal limit.

How the pool works
- The pool holds 100 Pro runs for each seat each month. A team with 5 seats has 500.
- A Pro run in a team workspace, on the web or from your AI, uses the pool.
- The pool resets at the start of each month (UTC).
- There is no per-person cap. One member can use the whole pool.
- Regular tools are unlimited on Team and do not use the pool.
- Runs in your personal workspace use your own counters, not the team's.
The 10 Pro tools are Battle Card, Win/Loss Guide, Case Study Brief, Customer Story Blog, RFP Prep, Demo Script, Launch Readiness, Buyer Persona, Sales Narrative and Pricing Narrative.
On the web
Open Team, then the Usage tab. It shows how much of the pool has been used this month, with a bar that turns red near the limit, and any credit balance. Every member can see this tab.
In your AI
Ask your AI how many runs you have left. When you are working in a team workspace, the answer includes the team pool. Every run's reply also ends with a runs-left line. See Check how many runs you have left.
When the pool runs out
Pro runs stop for the team until the pool resets. More seats mean more runs: the pool grows by 100 for each seat added.
