Shared Brand Box, projects and pinned outputs

Inside a team workspace, everyone works from the same brand, projects and approved outputs.

What is shared
In a team workspace, all members see and use:
- The Brand Box. Voice, Messaging and guidelines, and Visual identity, set once on the workspace.
- Projects. Products and launches, with their PRDs or launch briefs.
- Pinned outputs. The approved versions saved to a project.
- Briefing history. Every briefing made in the workspace, except private ones. See Private briefings and the admin switch.
Every run says which brand parts it used, so members can see the shared brand at work.
Who can change what
- Owners and admins edit the workspace Brand Box, including Import from your documents and the logo.
- Members read the Brand Box. They can create projects, add PRDs and launch briefs, and pin outputs.
If the Brand Box needs a change, ask an admin. Set up the brand first: Set up your company Brand Box.
Per-project overrides
A product or launch can override a whole brand part for that project only. The same rule applies in a team workspace. See Customise the brand for a product or launch.
Pin outputs
On the web, any member can pin an output to a project. From your AI, pinning is off until an admin turns it on. See Connector controls for admins and Pin your best outputs to a project.
See the team's history
When a team workspace is active, the Canvas and Strategic tabs offer a team history list. Open an entry to read the briefing. Entries you marked private show a lock and only you can open them.
Your personal workspace is separate
Personal workspaces keep their own Brand Box and projects. Switching to one in the workspace picker leaves the team's material untouched.
