How Team works: seats, roles, shared workspaces

WEBYOUR AITEAM

Available on Team.

A team puts everyone on one shared brand, one set of projects and one pool of Pro runs, while each person keeps their own account.

Available on Team.

The pieces

  • Seats. Team is billed per seat, with a minimum of 3. Active members and pending invites each use a seat.
  • Roles. Every person is an Owner, Admin or Member. See Owner, Admin and Member: who can do what.
  • Team workspaces. A team can hold many shared workspaces. Everyone on the team sees all of them. An agency usually keeps one per client. See One workspace per client.
  • Shared brand and projects. Inside a team workspace, the Brand Box, projects, PRDs, pinned outputs and briefing history are shared. See Shared Brand Box, projects and pinned outputs.
  • One Pro run pool. Pro runs in a team workspace come from a pool of 100 per seat each month. See Pooled Pro runs.
  • Your own workspaces stay yours. Personal workspaces keep working next to the team's, and the workspace picker shows both.

What a member gets

While you are an active member of an active team, you have everything in Pro: all 26 tools, the connector and unlimited regular runs. Your own plan is not changed. If you leave, are removed or the team ends, your own plan resumes.

On the web

Open Team in the navigation to manage the team. Owners and admins see the Members, Workspaces, Settings and Usage tabs. Members see Members, Workspaces and Usage. Only the owner also sees Billing.

In your AI

Each person connects their own AI with their own sign-in. There is no shared team key. Team workspaces show up next to your personal ones, and admins decide what the connector can reach. See Connector controls for admins.
