Give pmmAgent.ai the brand material you already have and it sorts what it finds into Voice, Messaging and guidelines, and Visual identity. Nothing is saved until you review it.

What you can add

  • Files: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, text, HTML, SVG logos, and PNG, JPEG or WebP images.
  • One web page, such as your homepage, product page or About page. The address must start with https://.

You can add up to 5 files at a time, 15 MB each and 25 MB together. A brand book, a messaging doc, a sales deck, a press release and a logo file all work.

Steps

  1. Open the Brand page. Click Import from your documents. On a single part you can click Replace from file instead.
  2. Click Choose files, or drop files on the drop zone. Add a web address in the field below if you want to include a page. Remove a file with Remove next to its name.
  3. Under Save to, pick where the result goes: the company brand, or one of your products or launches. A project you pick here gets its own version of the parts you save.
  4. Click Read and sort. Long documents can take up to a minute.
  5. Review what it found. See Review an import: citations, missing items, undo.

What it does with your wording

It keeps your words as written and does not paraphrase. It leaves out anything your documents do not say, so a missing item stays missing. Each item it keeps is tied to a file and a page or slide, so you can check it. Text inside your documents is treated as source material only. Instructions written inside a document are ignored.

SVG files are used as logo candidates and are never read as text.

Limits

Import is available on every plan. Each person can run up to 10 imports an hour. On a team workspace, only owners and admins can import. If a file type is not supported, you get a plain message saying so.
