Set up your company Brand Box
By the end of this article your company brand is saved, and every run in the workspace will use it.
Open the Brand Box
Click Open Brand Box on the Brand card. In Canvas it sits in the left sidebar under Brand. In Quick it is on the Brand tab of the Workspace panel. The page opens on Company brand, with your workspace name above the heading.
The left column shows your workspace, a status chip for each part (Complete, Partial or Empty) and your projects.
Fastest route: import what you have
If you already have a brand book, messaging doc or sales deck, click Import from your documents. You review everything before it saves. See Import from your documents.
Or write it in the app
- Pick the Voice tab and click Edit.
- Write in the text box. Use
##headings for sections, such as## Toneand## Words we avoid. The coverage check reads these headings. - Watch the character count under the box. Voice allows 12,000 characters and Messaging and guidelines allows 16,000. A part over the limit cannot be saved, so shorten it.
- Click Save.
- Repeat on Messaging and guidelines.
- On Visual identity, use Upload logo, Add colours and Add fonts. See Add your logo, colours and fonts.
The right column shows what to include and what is still missing. See What good looks like: the guide and coverage check.
Download template gives you a Markdown file for Voice or Messaging to fill in elsewhere.
A nudge, not a rule
If example copy or a logo is missing, a line near the top says outputs will sound and look more like your company once you add them. Dismiss hides it for the session. Nothing is blocked by missing parts.
Changes and mistakes
Each save shows a banner with Undo. Clear empties a part after a confirmation. On a team workspace, only the owner and admins can change the Brand Box. Members see "Ask a team admin to change this."
