The three parts: Voice, Messaging and guidelines, Visual identity
The Brand Box holds what makes your company sound and look like itself, so every run starts from it instead of from a blank page.
What the three parts are
Voice covers how you write: tone, the phrases you use, the words you avoid, and a few paragraphs of approved copy. It is plain text, up to 12,000 characters.
Messaging and guidelines covers what you say: what the company does, positioning, audience, differentiators, proof points and competitors. It is plain text, up to 16,000 characters.
Visual identity covers how you look: your logo, up to six colours with a role for each, a heading font, a body font and an optional one-line style note.
Each part is saved separately. You can fill one and leave the others empty.
Where each part applies
You set the Brand Box once on your workspace, which stands for your company. Every product and launch in that workspace uses it by default.
A product or launch can replace a whole part with its own version. A launch that belongs to a product checks the product first, then the company. Replacing one part leaves the other two coming from above. See Customise the brand for a product or launch.
What reaches a run
When you run a tool, pmmAgent.ai adds the voice and messaging text to your brief. The visual part travels with the briefing as a short block with your logo link, colours and fonts, so your AI can use them when it builds a deck, one-pager or social image. Every run tells you which parts it used. See See which brand parts a run used.
On the web
Open the Brand Box from the Open Brand Box link on the Brand card. Each part has its own tab with a status dot: Complete, Partial or Empty. A guide beside each tab shows what to include.
In your AI
If you use the connector, your AI reads the same three parts. See Use your Brand Box from your AI.
