See which brand parts a run used
Every run tells you which Brand Box parts it used and where each came from. Check it when an output sounds off.
On the web
Under a finished result in Quick, Strategic and Canvas, a Brand used line lists the three parts:
Brand used Voice: Tuskor (company) Messaging: Core platform (product) Visual: none
Each entry shows the name it came from and the level in brackets: company, product or project. none means that part was empty, so nothing was added for it. If no part applied at all, the line is hidden.
In your AI
When you run a tool through the connector, the reply ends with a line like this:
Brand used: Voice · Tuskor (company) | Messaging · Core platform (product) | Visual · none
It sits under a footer that names the workspace and project, and says whether the Brand Box was applied. Your AI should pass this on. If it does not, ask: "Which workspace and brand did that run use?"
What to do with it
- A part says none. Fill it in on the Brand page. See Set up your company Brand Box.
- The wrong source appears. A product or launch may have its own version of that part. Open its brand page and check. See Customise the brand for a product or launch.
- The wrong company name appears. You may be in a different workspace than you think. Check the workspace picker, or the workspace line in the AI reply.
If everything shows correctly and the output still ignores your brand, see The output ignored my brand.
