Add your logo, colours and fonts

WEB

Your Visual identity travels with every briefing, so decks, one-pagers and social images your AI builds can carry your logo and colours.

Open the Visual identity tab

Go to the Brand page and pick Visual identity. You see three cards: Logo, Colours and Fonts.

Logo

  1. Click Upload logo.
  2. Choose a PNG, JPEG, SVG or WebP file. The limit is 2 MB. An SVG, or a PNG at least 512 pixels wide, works best.

The logo saves straight away. Replace logo swaps it. Remove logo deletes it.

Colours, fonts and style

  1. Click Add colours (or Edit).
  2. For each colour, type a hex value such as #0E9F6E and a role such as "primary". Put your main colour first. You can add up to six. Add a colour adds a row and Remove deletes one.
  3. Type a Heading font and a Body font, by name.
  4. Optionally add a Style note, one line up to 500 characters, such as "flat shapes, lots of white space".
  5. Click Save.

A colour that is not a valid hex value is refused with a message naming the row.

How it is used

When your AI builds a visual asset, the briefing includes your logo link, colours and fonts, plus a note to use them only for visual assets. Written content such as an email or blog post is not affected.

On a project

A product or launch can have its own logo and colours. Uploading a logo on a project page makes that project's Visual identity its own, and copies the colours and fonts it was inheriting. See Customise the brand for a product or launch.
