Keep each client's brand separate
Available on Team.
If you work with several clients, give each one its own workspace. Each has its own Brand Box, so voices never mix.
Available on Team.
Set it up
- Make sure you are the owner or an admin. Only they can create team workspaces and change a team Brand Box.
- In Canvas, click the + next to the workspaces heading. Enter the client's name, and a company name if it differs. Create the workspace. See One workspace per client.
- Pick the new workspace in the picker. Team workspaces are listed in a group named after your team.
- Open the Brand page and fill in the three parts, or import the client's brand material. See Import from your documents.
- Add the client's projects. Products and launches can customise the client's brand further.
What stays separate
Voice, messaging, logo, colours and fonts are stored per workspace. A run in one client's workspace never picks up another client's brand. The Brand used line under each result names the company it used, so you can check before you send anything.
Who sees what
Every team member sees every team workspace and can use its brand when they run tools. Members cannot edit it. They see "Ask a team admin to change this." A member who needs a change asks an owner or admin.
Keep a client out of the connector
An admin can hide a workspace from the connector in the team settings, for example a client under NDA. Members then cannot reach it from their AI. See Connector controls for admins.
Label it your way
In Canvas, Label settings lets you call workspaces "Clients", and projects "Products".
