Set your default workspace
Available on Solo, Pro and Team.
Set a default workspace once and your AI uses it whenever you do not name another.
Available on Solo, Pro and Team.
From your AI
Say it in plain words:
- "Make Northwind my default workspace."
- "Always work in the Tuskor workspace."
Your AI calls the set-default-workspace tool (pmmagent_set_default_workspace) with the workspace name or id. The reply confirms, for example "Default workspace set to Northwind (personal)", and for a team workspace it names the team.
If you are unsure of the exact name, ask your AI to list your workspaces first.
From the web app
Switching workspace in the web app saves the same default. Pick a different workspace in the picker, and your AI's default follows it. This is easy to forget. If your AI starts using the wrong workspace, check which one you last picked on the web.
What it changes
It changes only your own default. Nothing is shared with your team, and teammates keep their own. It does not lock you in: naming another workspace in a request still wins for that run.
When no default is set, or the default is no longer available, the connector uses your personal workspace.
If the default stops working
A team can hide a workspace from the connector, and removing you from a team clears a default that pointed at it. Your runs then use your personal workspace. Set a new default when that happens.
