Find past work in History

WEB

Your recent briefings stay available so you can reopen one instead of running it again.

Session history in Quick

Open the Quick tab and scroll below the Workspace panel. When you have past runs, a Session history card lists your latest 50, newest first. Each row shows the tool, the start of your brief and when you ran it.

Click a row to load that briefing and its brief. If you ran the same brief more than once, the row shows a count such as "3v" and the versions are kept together, so you can compare the first result with a later one.

A lock icon on a row marks a private briefing in a team workspace.

Team history in Canvas

In a team workspace, the Canvas sidebar has a Team history section. Click it to expand. It lists briefings made in that workspace that the team can see, plus your own private ones, newest first. Click an entry to read the full output. Load more brings older entries.

When the list is empty it reads "No team briefings yet. Briefings made in this workspace show up here for everyone on the team."

Private briefings are visible only to the person who ran them. Admins see them as a count in the activity log, never the content. See Private briefings and the admin switch.

Keep what matters

History is for recent work. For the positioning and messaging you want every run to build on, pin it to a project. See Pin your best outputs to a project.
