Run more than one company or product line

Give each company, client or product line its own workspace, with its own Brand Box, projects and trash.

Available on Pro and Team. Free and Solo include one workspace.

Create a workspace

  1. Open Canvas. In the left sidebar, click the + next to the workspaces heading.
  2. Type a name. Add a Company name (optional) if it differs from the workspace name.
  3. Click Create Workspace.

It becomes your active workspace. On Free and Solo, you see "Your plan includes 1 workspace. Upgrade for more."

Switch between them

Use the workspace picker. It sits on the Workspace panel in Quick and in the Brand page's left column, and the workspaces are listed in the Canvas sidebar. Personal workspaces appear under Personal. If you belong to a team, its workspaces appear under a group named Team: [name] with a TEAM chip.

The app remembers your last choice. That same choice is also the default workspace your AI uses when you do not name one. See Set your default workspace.

Keep things apart

Each workspace has its own:

Runs only pick up context from the workspace and project they run in. Nothing carries over between workspaces.

Rename the labels

In Canvas, Label settings lets you call workspaces "Clients" and projects "Products". The change is stored in your browser only.

Delete a workspace

Click the ✕ on a workspace in the sidebar. It goes to the trash for 30 days. See Restore something you deleted. A team member cannot delete a team workspace. Only owners and admins can.
