Workspaces, products and launches explained
Your work in pmmAgent.ai sits in a workspace, and inside it in products and launches. Each level holds context that your runs pick up automatically.
Workspace
A workspace is your company. It holds the Brand Box (Voice, Messaging and guidelines, Visual identity), your projects and the trash. Most people need one. Consultants and agencies keep one per client so brands and work never mix. On a team plan, a workspace can be shared with the whole team.
Projects: products and launches
A project is one product or one launch. You choose which when you create it.
- Product. Long-lived. It holds the product's own positioning and, if it has one, its sub-brand.
- Launch or campaign. Time-boxed. It can belong to one product and then uses that product's brand before the company's.
Projects that were created before this choice existed read as launches with no product.
What a project adds to a run
When you run a tool inside a project, pmmAgent.ai adds:
- the project's PRD or launch brief, if you uploaded one. See Add a PRD or launch brief;
- the project's pinned Positioning Framework and Launch Messaging, for the other tools. See Pin your best outputs to a project;
- the brand, with the project's own parts first, then its product's, then the company's. See Customise the brand for a product or launch.
Runs outside a project use the workspace brand alone.
Limits by plan
| Plan | Workspaces | Projects |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 1 |
| Solo | 1 | 1 |
| Pro | Unlimited | Up to 10 |
| Team | Unlimited, shared with the team | Up to 10 per team workspace |
A personal plan counts projects across your own workspaces. Hit a limit and the app says so and points you to upgrade.
Where to find them
In Canvas, workspaces and projects are in the left sidebar. In Quick, the Workspace panel has a Projects tab. The Brand page lists projects in its left column.
