Team: one brand, many people

Goal. Owners and admins set things up once. Members join and work on the shared brand. Pick your track below.

What your plan includes. Everything in Pro for each seat (minimum 3), shared team workspaces, Pro runs pooled at 100 per seat a month, roles (Owner, Admin, Member) and admin controls.

Owner or admin

1. Create the team and add seats. The minimum is 3.
2. Build shared workspaces. One per client for agencies.
3. Set the shared Brand Box. Members inherit it.
4. Invite people and set roles. Owner, Admin, Member. You send the invites from Create your team and invite people.
5. Set connector controls. Connector on or off, context reads, pinning and hidden workspaces.
6. Watch activity and Pro runs. One log for web and connector. See also Pooled Pro runs.

Member

1. Accept your invite. Your own plan pauses and resumes if you leave.
2. Pick your workspace. Choose it in the workspace picker on the web, set a default, or name it per run in your AI.
3. Connect your AI to the team. Your own sign-in, no shared key.
4. Run tools on the shared brand. Every run shows which brand parts it used.
5. Keep a briefing private. When your admin allows it.
6. Pin outputs for the team. On the web any member can pin. From your AI, pinning works only if your admin turned it on.
